Amazon Returns

When you are thousands of kilometres away, it is difficult to arrange for your returns to be sent back to you in your country. May be you have another buyer in Europe and you want all/part of your returns to be sent to a third party elsewhere? It is also possible that your shipment has been refused by Amazon due to the products not being clearly labelled, the products not selling or the goods or display boxes being damaged.

We can rectify these problems for you.

Our services as below:

• Receive returned goods
• Consolidate your returns – We can hold and consolidate your returns at our warehouse until you have a reasonable amount to reduce costs.
• Forwarding Returns – Depending on the size of your shipment, we can choose the mode of transport to suit the cost by courier / air / sea door to door, keeping your costs to a minimum.
• Relabelling – We can hold excess stock returned from Amazon and relabel at a later time to re-deliver back to Amazon.
• Liquidate – If your returns are minimal and not worth the expense of returning to you, we can arrange disposal / liquidation of the stock.
• Storage – You may want us to just store your product in our 200,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility at Wroclaw, Poland while you consider your options or find another buyer in Europe or elsewhere.
• Distribution – Maybe you would prefer to send your stock to Amazon in Germany, France, Italy or Spain to sell your product. Our distribution service can provide international cover.

Once we have received your returns, we will provide you with a list of the items that have been sent to us by Amazon, including the goods, packed weight & dimensions, along with the cheapest price possible to return the items back to you.

We have a special discounted rate card just for Amazon sellers and can return your products by courier or sea freight. You may want to send all or just part of your returns to a third party in Europe – we can quote for this service too. You can arrange your own logistics to collect from our warehouse.

To access this service, you will need to first create a removal order through your Seller Central account to the following address:

Once the removal order has been created please do send us details of the removal order to info@sbmtrading.pl so we have visibility and can accurately advise that we have received your items.

Depending on the size of the removal order it can often take Amazon up to 4 weeks to return all items to us.

OTHER SERVICES

We do drop shipping orders and also small retail orders. You buy in bulk quantity and sell in small quantity to your customers. We do goods in, packing as per your customer order and arrange logistic for you or you can arrange your logistic to deliver your customer.
